Welcome to Tropica Travels! By booking with us, you agree to our comprehensive terms and conditions designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Our terms cover essential aspects such as booking procedures, traveler responsibilities, and our liability limits. Please ensure all information provided during booking is accurate. Tropica Travels reserves the right to make changes to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or political events, ensuring safety and optimal travel experience. We also adhere to local regulations and expect travelers to respect local cultures and environments. These terms are put in place to protect both parties and ensure a seamless journey.
Cancellation Policy
At Tropica Travels, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is structured to be fair while covering the costs we incur. Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure will receive a full refund minus a service fee. For cancellations made 30-60 days prior, 50% of the trip cost will be refunded. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 30 days before departure will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected changes. This policy helps us manage bookings effectively and continue providing high-quality services.
Payment Policy
To secure your booking with Tropica Travels, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the start of your journey. Payments can be made via bank transfer or major credit cards. Please note that any additional costs incurred during the trip, such as personal expenses or optional activities, are not included in the tour price and must be settled directly. Our payment policy ensures we can confirm your bookings and provide the best possible travel arrangements.
Safari Policy
When traveling with Tropica Travels in Tanzania, our safari policy ensures both your safety and the preservation of the natural environment. All safaris are led by experienced guides who are knowledgeable about the local wildlife and ecosystems. We ask that travelers follow all instructions given by guides, particularly regarding safety and wildlife interactions. Disturbing animals or straying from designated areas is strictly prohibited. Our vehicles are equipped to provide comfort and safety while minimizing environmental impact. By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure a respectful and memorable experience in Tanzania’s stunning natural habitats.
